1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bmw88 ("bmw88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bmw88 website located at bmw88.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Management

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the bmw88 Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and bmw88. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

13.3 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings related to these Terms or the Platform.
